This is a vital component of the service we offer. Our account managers & directors' primary role is constantly to refine the level of support, advice and documentation we provide to each client. If you are not happy, then nor are we. Each client has a dedicated account director and account manager who are responsible for all areas of client delivery. We do route calls directly to the most appropriate department to maximise efficiency; account managers are always ready to provide additional help. Administration In telecoms, it is all too easy to provide masses of data which impart no useful information. Our regular reports are tailored to provide each client with a clear graphical and numerical picture of activity, distilled from huge amounts of call data. We also provide further or more detailed bespoke analysis as necessary. Advice We will always provide clear and impartial advice on request. We do not however passively wait for our clients to contact us. We constantly review markets and client activity. If at any stage there is something we feel a client should be made aware of, we will immediately make contact. Website Our website is a constantly growing and evolving source of information and is a key communication tool for us and our clients. We try to make it both interesting and useful. Each client has its own log-in area and can control which of its staff have access permissions and to which parts of the logged-in area each member of staff may have access. Included in the secure area are posted copies of reports and invoices which can be downloaded whenever necessary.
